The Kitchen Team Member supports Chili's fast-paced, high-volume kitchen operations by learning and executing recipes, maintaining cleanliness, following safety and sanitation policies, communicating ticket times, keeping food orders flowing, and contributing to a safe environment. The role requires a friendly demeanor, quick thinking, and the ability to operate kitchen equipment; prior food and beverage service and preparation experience is preferred.
