Description
The Line Cook supports the food service operation at Panorama Mountain Village by preparing and monitoring food, following recipes, maintaining portion and presentation standards, setting up service stations, and ensuring health and safety compliance. The role reports to the Sous Chef, requires basic kitchen experience, familiarity with multiple-outlet operations and catering or conventions, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to work in hot kitchen stations and lift up to 50 pounds.
