Description
Sonoco Group is hiring a machine setter mechanic at its Nantes site to support a production workshop of approximately forty people. The role involves adjusting manufacturing equipment and changing formats, operating and monitoring production lines, following schedules, applying quality-control plans and corrective actions, and performing first-level maintenance. The position requires initial mechanics training and some initial industrial experience, along with versatility, safety and hygiene compliance, and the ability to keep up with production pace. Onboarding includes safety induction, factory tours, MTD-process introduction, several weeks of in-house technical training, and theoretical and regulatory training.
