Description
Estes is hiring Line Haul Extraboard Drivers to operate tractor-trailers transporting freight between Service Centers, typically spending an average of five days away from the home domicile. The role requires safe and legally compliant freight transportation under FMCSA rules, vehicle inspections and maintenance reporting, hazardous-material handling, cargo security, electronic logging, customer service, and flexibility to work varied schedules and dock assignments. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), at least one year of driving experience, a valid Class A CDL with HazMat, Tanker, and Doubles endorsements, FMCSA compliance credentials, an acceptable driving record, medical exam and road-test clearance, and the ability to meet substantial physical and environmental demands.
