Urban Plates is hiring a Jr. Sous at its San Diego location to assist management with food quality and presentation, receive and package food orders, open and close the kitchen, expedite service, assemble take-out orders, and maintain food-area cleanliness and sanitation. The role is an entry-level leadership development position with a base pay of $18.50 to $21.83 per hour plus tips, flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, and benefits including health, dental, vision, paid training, and advancement opportunities.
