The Line Lead coordinates assembly production, temporary employees, labeling, casing, packing, quality, safety, paperwork, and production-line improvements. The role trains new temporary workers, provides employee feedback and counseling, maintains compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and PPE, and works all required overtime. It is a first-shift position paying $19.50 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential.
