Description
Stratas Foods is hiring a Line Lead Filler Operator to lead and operate packaging lines, including stocking materials, filling and packaging products, troubleshooting equipment, operating CIP skids, cleaning and reassembling line components, and reporting quality or equipment issues. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant manufacturing experience, basic computer and data skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with some weekend work and overtime, and the position offers medical, dental, and vision benefits.
