Description
The Line Lead oversees production-line manufacturing and assembly operations in a regulated cGMP environment, ensuring safety, quality, regulatory compliance, customer demand, productivity, and continuous improvement. The role trains and motivates line staff, coordinates staffing and workflow, manages inventory and documentation, resolves production issues, and supports Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities. It requires a high school diploma and two years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, along with Microsoft Office, communication, and basic mathematical skills; preferred qualifications include team leadership, cGMP manufacturing, and Lean manufacturing experience. The position pays $21.50 USD and requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds.
