Description
The Line Leader manages an operational warehouse team, organizes daily work, supports the Supervisor, performs order picking and replenishment, monitors outgoing goods and order quality, and enforces safety regulations. The role requires logistics or warehouse experience, initial supervisory experience, strong Dutch communication, and a rotating two-shift schedule including Saturdays. It offers a gross hourly wage of €15.9359 in Geel, shift and foreman premiums, meal vouchers, a bicycle allowance, a permanent contract after an interim period, and training toward a Foreman position.
