Description
Magna is hiring a Line Leader for its Co-Ex-Tec production department at CET plants, including Bolton. The role oversees production workers, coordinates shift activities, monitors quality and safety compliance, supports standardized work and continuous improvement, assists with changeovers and equipment operations, and coaches team members. Candidates should have a secondary school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of manufacturing experience, including one to two years in a leadership or mentoring role within the automotive industry. Compensation is $30–$32 per hour.
