O-I is hiring a Line Leader for its Lapel plant to manage the total operation of a glass packaging production line. The role oversees hourly and salary team members, customer quality requirements, production data, productivity and quality improvements, key performance goals, and cross-departmental projects. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of manufacturing supervision experience, glass container manufacturing experience preferred, knowledge of flow manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Kaizen events, and availability for 24/7 operations. The position offers a salary of $90,000–$115,000 plus a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus and medical, dental, prescription, and vision coverage.
