Description
The Production Supervisor leads and coaches production employees, coordinates production lines, prepares production orders, monitors training and procedural changes, checks compliance with quality, safety, and profitability requirements, investigates deviations, and ensures IPC checks. The role requires an A2 diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of leadership experience, Dutch and English language skills, and basic Microsoft Office knowledge; cGMP/GDP and production-company experience are advantageous. It is a full-time fixed-term position with two shifts and includes group and hospitalization insurance, meal vouchers, gift vouchers, and other benefits.
