Company Shop Group is hiring a Line Leader for its Tankersley Distribution Centre in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. The role leads and coordinates departmental colleagues on a Tuesday-to-Saturday PM shift, supports the Shift Supervisor with daily operations, reviews, huddles, performance, waste reduction, and issue escalation, and ensures compliance with food safety and health, safety, and environmental policies. Candidates should be able to plan workloads, meet strict deadlines, build effective working relationships, adapt to business needs, and train and coach colleagues. The position pays £13.50 per hour for 37.5 hours per week and includes several employee discounts, pension, life assurance, and other benefits.
