O-I is hiring a Line Leader (Glass Manufacturing) to oversee the daily operation of a 24/7 glass manufacturing production line. The role leads production, maintenance, quality, and support teams; promotes safety, GMP, and audit compliance; drives continuous improvement and lean manufacturing; monitors KPIs; supports employee development; and leads problem-solving and process-improvement projects. The position requires manufacturing leadership experience, availability for 24/7 operations, and offers a salary of $95,000–$105,000 plus a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus.
