Description
Carpenter GmbH is hiring a Line Leader / Team Leader Production to schedule and lead approximately 8–10 employees on a production line, coordinate work assignments and production orders, work hands-on in the further processing area, correct minor errors, inspect finished goods with quality assurance, and ensure occupational safety and environmental compliance. The role requires completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field, several years of professional and leadership experience in an industrial or manufacturing company, and willingness to work a two-shift schedule. The position is based at Carpenter GmbH’s site in Amt Wachsenburg, Thuringia, Germany.
