RW Solutions is hiring a Line Cook & Catering Manager for its LaSalle Market & Deli in Collinsville, Connecticut. The role combines high-volume commercial kitchen cooking with leadership of kitchen staff, menu and recipe support, food safety and sanitation compliance, catering event planning and logistics, client coordination, inventory and cost monitoring, and customer service. The schedule varies from Sunday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with pay of $26.00. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, while at least three years of experience in a high-volume commercial kitchen, café, restaurant, or food service environment and ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification are required.
