Eversource Energy is hiring one Fully Qualified Line Mechanic in Danielson, Connecticut. The role performs construction, operation, and maintenance of electric systems, including installing, repairing, and maintaining overhead and underground power lines and auxiliary equipment; working aloft on poles or ground and pad-mounted structures; and directing other workers when assigned. Candidates must have at least one year of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to climb poles, a Commercial Driver’s License, and the ability to perform overtime and emergency work. The position starts at $56.32 and progresses under the union contract, and Eversource does not offer immigration-related sponsorship.
