Description
The Machine Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating production machinery, clearing jams, weighing and documenting materials, recording downtime and safety or quality issues, troubleshooting machine problems, and communicating with supervisors. The role also leads co-workers and material handlers in process flow, maintains the work area, and requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform climbing, bending, crouching, stooping, and reaching. The position is full-time, pays $20 per hour with quarterly raises and second- and third-shift differentials, and offers first-, second-, and third-shift schedules.
