Soudal is hiring a Line Operator for its Turnhout factory to operate adhesive and sealant packaging machinery, set up equipment, monitor production, inspect finished cartridges and cans, resolve minor machine issues, and improve floor safety and efficiency. The role requires Dutch proficiency, independent transportation, and willingness to work rotating early and late shifts; prior machine-operation experience is an advantage. The position offers a starting gross hourly wage of €18.26, increasing to €19.68 with a shift premium, meal vouchers, job security after training, and full on-the-job training.
