Description
The client is hiring an Operator to work in its chocolate production facility in Hoeselt. The role involves starting, operating, setting, adjusting, and converting production machines; performing quality checks on pralines; carrying out first-line maintenance; resolving production malfunctions; and collaborating with other operators, the technical department, and production employees. The position offers initial pay of €17.45 per hour, with an increase to €18.02 after six months and €18.59 when working fully independently, plus a shift premium, mileage allowance, and a permanent contract after a successful interim period.
