Description
ABB is hiring an Industrialization Engineer in Frosinone to optimize production assembly methods, processes, equipment, cycle times, and materials; define new production process sequences; and transfer products from development to operation. The role manages product-change projects, cross-functional workstreams, customer requirements, risks, documentation, and delivery objectives, and reports to the Product Engineering Manager. It requires industrialization experience in the electrification market, an Electric/Electronic Engineering degree, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in Italian and English. The position is onsite, offers a minimum annual salary of €36,000, and includes flexible working hours, hybrid work options, a welfare plan, and meal vouchers.
