Description
The Line Program Manager plans, schedules, and manages aircraft maintenance and repair operations for designated customer programs, including hangar and line maintenance. The role serves as a customer liaison, manages budgets and program teams, ensures compliance with customer requirements and FAA regulations, prepares operational reports, and handles personnel actions and accident investigations. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent background, an FAA A&P license, at least eight years of related experience including five years in project management and supervision, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
