Description
The Line Runner sets up, maintains, and breaks down food service lines for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Pali Mountain, serving up to 1,000 guests daily. Responsibilities include preparing salad bars and beverage stations, monitoring and restocking hot and cold food and desserts, maintaining sanitation, serving guests, weighing and documenting food waste, cleaning equipment, and supporting the dish pit. The role is part-time, requires availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and pays $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
