Description
The Line Service Supervisor leads and coordinates line service technicians who provide aircraft refueling and exceptional customer service to general aviation customers. The role also oversees safety compliance, employee training, duty assignments, fuel inventories, equipment and supply management, customer relationships, ramp operations, and staffing and performance input. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, one to three years of relevant experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, a valid driver’s license, the ability to perform moderate to heavy physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds, and successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
