Description
The Line Setup role oversees production-line setup, equipment operation, changeovers, and team coordination while supporting the Production Supervisor. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, monitoring production targets, training new team members, maintaining records, performing tool and insert changes, adjusting in-process parts based on CMM results, and enforcing safety standards. The role requires a secondary school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of manufacturing experience with hands-on line setup and equipment operation, leadership and organizational skills, and strong communication and troubleshooting abilities.
