The Line Setup role oversees production-line setup, equipment operation, changeovers, and team coordination while supporting the Production Supervisor. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, monitoring production targets, maintaining records, performing tool and insert changes, adjusting parts based on CMM results, and ensuring safety compliance. The role requires a secondary school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of manufacturing experience with hands-on line setup and equipment operation, and strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
