Description
The Line Supervisor oversees aircraft maintenance functions, plans and schedules departmental workloads, supervises technicians and crew, monitors labor and material expenses, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, documents work in Flightstar’s ERP system, and supports hiring, training, performance coaching, and safety investigations. The role requires an FAA A&P license, a bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology or equivalent background, at least three years of related experience including two years in a lead capacity, and proficiency with MS Office and Flightstar’s AMROS system.
