Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees the manufacturing process and staff, schedules and assigns personnel, monitors production progress, reduces waste, improves efficiency, maintains quality and safety standards, supports inventory and supply-chain coordination, and provides training and performance guidance to direct reports. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, some college, military, or vocational training preferred, and 1–5 years of experience in a lead role in manufacturing.
