Description
The Line Supervisor will oversee a packaging line for a cookie manufacturer in the Oostkamp area, setting up the line, leading a team of four to five production employees, monitoring cookie quality and output, resolving breakdowns, recording production data, and suggesting process improvements. The role requires a permanent night shift starting at 10 p.m., strong analytical and communication skills, teamwork, responsibility, and initiative; prior line-supervisor experience is an asset but not strictly required.
