Randstad Belgium VG is hiring a Line Supervisor to lead approximately 15 employees on the shop floor and oversee one or more production lines. The role includes staffing, scheduling, quality, safety, hygiene, machine setup and troubleshooting, employee coaching, and continuous improvement. Candidates must speak Dutch, work a two-shift schedule, have production and team-leadership experience, and demonstrate technical aptitude, communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
