Description
AbbVie is hiring a Line Supervisor II for a pharmaceutical finishing operation. The role manages line clearances, lot and list changes, equipment blowdowns, packaging-line changeovers, troubleshooting, safety, quality, and production performance; supports the Operations Coordinator; trains Line Supervisor candidates; and drives process improvements focused on reducing human error, increasing OEE, and improving yield. The position requires at least one year of Line Supervisor I experience, closely related cGMP manufacturing experience, and the ability to work 40–48 hours per week, with possible extended hours.
