Description
The Line Supervisor starts up, changes over, and shuts down a production line; monitors and intervenes in minor malfunctions; supports technical problems; and guides, motivates, and supervises shop-floor operators. The role also maintains order, cleanliness, and safe operation. It pays a gross hourly wage of €20.11, requires production experience, technical insight, team guidance, and willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends, and includes hospitalization insurance, meal vouchers, and other employee benefits.
