Freedom, part of the NG Bailey Group, is hiring a permanent, field-based Linesman Chargehand for the North East/Yorkshire region. The role leads teams delivering overhead line installation, construction, and refurbishment projects at low voltage, 11kV, and up to 33kV, while maintaining safety, risk assessment, incident reporting, and SHEQ compliance. Candidates need a full UK driving licence, relevant safety, access, linework, DNO, and utility certifications, plus at least five years of overhead-lines experience up to 33kV. Compensation is up to £54,800 annually, with a company commercial vehicle, benefits, and a £2,500 sign-on bonus.
