Freedom Networks is hiring a permanent Linesperson Chargehand in Basildon/Essex to lead and support field-based overhead line projects, including erecting poles, changing transformers, constructing and replacing networks up to 33kV, maintaining safety and quality standards, mentoring team members, and maintaining vehicles and equipment. The role requires a linesperson background, experience with dead networks and live low-voltage work, IPAF accreditation, a full driving licence, and a risk-adverse attitude.
