Description
The Lineworker Instructor teaches theoretical and laboratory courses, field operations, and climbing skills; leads student enrollment, advisement, recruiting, retention, program marketing, curriculum development, assessment, and classroom and field supervision. The role requires an associate degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline, five years of lineworker field experience, valid teaching credentials, and a valid driver’s license. OSHA, aerial lift, CPR, and first-aid training are preferred, and the instructor must be available for overnight and local travel and evening or weekend courses.
