The Linguistic QA Engineer designs and executes test cases for Quick's natural language features, evaluates model outputs for accuracy, fluency, and relevance, and develops testing guidelines and rubrics. The role analyzes results with Python and SQL, collaborates with engineers, scientists, and product managers on acceptance criteria and bug triage, and handles complex annotations and audits. Candidates need at least three years of data and AI experience, knowledge of machine learning and large language models, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and familiarity with linguistic fundamentals; Python and SQL experience are preferred.
