TEKsystems is hiring a contract-to-hire High Level Tech Support Rep in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a hybrid schedule of one day working from home and four days in the office. The role provides first-line technical support through chat, email, and phone; troubleshoots software and product issues; maintains subject-matter expertise; reports bugs and trends; and uses AI tools to resolve customer issues. Linux experience, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics familiarity, strong troubleshooting skills, and at least 15 months of tenure in the last three roles are required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.
