Synechron is hiring a Software Developer to support technology initiatives, software development, technical analysis, issue resolution, and cross-functional delivery. The role involves understanding requirements, designing solutions, preparing technical documentation, participating in code reviews, supporting testing, troubleshooting applications, and contributing to reliable software delivery. It requires 5–10 years of software development experience, knowledge of Linux and SQL, proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js, and experience with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Git, JIRA, Confluence, and cross-functional teams. The position also requires experience with mobile, cloud, IoT, or blockchain technologies and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
