Computer World Services is hiring an experienced Linux Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and operational management of an enterprise Linux environment across AWS and VMware. The role manages production Linux servers and virtual desktops, performs security hardening and patching, automates configuration with Ansible, supports application deployments, and maintains monitoring and infrastructure-as-code practices. Candidates need at least three years of production Linux experience, two years of Ansible experience, two years supporting Linux virtual desktops, and experience in a large government, financial, regulatory, or corporate environment. The position is based in D.C. or remote.
