Description
CTC is hiring a Linux Engineering Team Lead to oversee and develop its Linux Engineering team while remaining hands-on. The role owns the design, implementation, and operation of a global Linux infrastructure supporting real-time trading, development, research compute, and orchestration systems; automates fleet operations; improves monitoring and incident response; and partners with execution, network, and development teams. Candidates need team-management experience, extensive large-scale Linux infrastructure experience, deep Linux internals and debugging knowledge, and leadership and stakeholder-management skills. The position offers a salary of $200,000-$250,000 plus a discretionary bonus and follows a hybrid workplace model.
