ECOMDATA is hiring a Linux Hosting Support Engineer to provide first- and second-level technical support for Linux web hosting, domains, DNS, email, and web servers. The role involves troubleshooting hosting issues, managing customer accounts and applications, supporting migrations and updates, documenting solutions, and collaborating with experienced Linux System Engineers. Candidates should have technical training or initial IT experience, basic Linux knowledge, strong German and basic English skills, and a service-oriented approach. The position offers full-time employment with a minimum gross salary of €2,420 per month, paid 14 times per year.
