ver.di is hiring a permanent full-time Linux IT Administrator to join its Central Administration unit in Berlin. The role operates and develops Linux-based online services and central IT infrastructure, including Red Hat systems, Podman containers, Icinga monitoring, Salt automation, DNS, NGINX, security, backup, and high availability. The position requires several years of Linux systems and online-services experience, strong German and basic-to-good English skills, and offers mobile work, flexible hours, and a 38-hour work week.
