Renesas is hiring an embedded Linux software engineer to design and develop Linux-related software for its RZ-series industrial high-end processor. The role covers device drivers, security features such as hardware-based encryption and secure boot, Linux subsystems, open-source and industrial networking software, Yocto build environments, package development, vulnerability management, software maintenance, and technology research. Candidates need approximately five or more years of embedded software development experience, open-source license knowledge, strong communication skills, English-language ability, and Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or higher.
