Description
The Linux Platform Operations Engineer will build, operate, secure, and modernize business-critical Linux-based services and platforms for the United Internet Group. The role covers incident analysis, monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, platform architecture, automation with Ansible, Shell and Python scripting, DevOps strategy, migrations, and the transformation of manually operated systems into automated, standardized platforms. The position requires extensive Linux experience, strong automation and scripting skills, knowledge of monitoring and version-management tools, problem-solving ability, independent work in a DevOps environment, and on-call participation.
