Qualcomm India Private Limited is hiring a Software Engineer for its AI Software team to build and optimize host software, scalable infrastructure, communication libraries, and data movement frameworks for large-scale AI inference and fine-tuning workloads. The role involves designing, developing, debugging, profiling, and optimizing software across the software stack, collaborating with runtime, compiler, kernel, firmware, and hardware engineers, and participating in software architecture and implementation planning. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or a related field, along with strong C++ and Linux systems programming expertise; experience with gRPC, Protocol Buffers, RDMA, distributed systems, and performance optimization is preferred.
