ILIAS Solutions is hiring an office-based System Engineer to manage and improve internal server infrastructure supporting employees across Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, and the United States. The role focuses on Linux system administration, Ansible automation, hybrid infrastructure, VMware, Azure, Windows Server, troubleshooting, documentation, monitoring, backups, and secure access. Candidates need proven Linux and Ansible experience, cloud or hybrid infrastructure knowledge, a degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent experience, and C1-level Dutch and English.
