NTT DATA's client is hiring a Linux Systems Engineer – Server Migration to support a large-scale data center migration program. The role plans and executes migrations of physical and virtual servers, including VMware ESXi and virtual machines, iSCSI storage, LVM provisioning, and filesystem validation. It also involves building automation and runbooks, troubleshooting infrastructure and application issues, coordinating migration waves and rollback plans, maintaining security and compliance, and contributing to Kubernetes and OpenShift modernization efforts. The position requires extensive Linux, VMware, iSCSI, LVM, Bash, and Python experience, with a starting hourly range of $55.00 to $62.00 and eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
