Aspire Public Schools is hiring a Literacy Coach to improve reading achievement and support equitable outcomes at a school site. The role coaches teachers in phonics, culturally responsive teaching, reading and writing instruction, intervention, and English Language Development; leads reading intervention programs; provides professional development; supports instructional leadership; and monitors regional implementation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, a California teaching credential, at least five years of teaching experience, adult-coaching experience, strong literacy and data-analysis skills, and proficiency with Google Suite and collaboration tools.
