Four Points Preparatory Academy is hiring a part-time Literacy Coach to work 20 hours per week as the school's literacy and instructional improvement specialist. The role supports teachers through classroom-based coaching, data-driven decision making, implementation of evidence-based literacy curricula and interventions, and professional development focused on reading, writing, dyslexia, and the Science of Reading. Candidates need at least five years of documented classroom teaching or literacy intervention experience and knowledge of scientifically based reading research, structured literacy, student data analysis, and intervention strategies.
