Ignite Reading is hiring a Literacy Success Partner to support district and school partners in implementing its one-to-one virtual reading tutoring program. The role owns onboarding, partner engagement, renewals, in-year expansions, student progress monitoring, data-driven consulting, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires at least two years of experience in literacy instruction, coaching, or school-based support, familiarity with foundational literacy skills, and experience with diverse learners and communities.
